In accordance with Club Rules, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on
Thursday 26th August 2021 at 8:00PM
Children and non-members are not permitted in the Club whilst the meeting is taking place.
You will be required to bring your membership/access card on the evening.
If you wish to be considered for the roles of President, Vice President, Chairman, Vice Chairman and Committee you will be required to complete a Nomination form which is available behind the Bar. Nominations are to be returned by Tuesday 24th August 2021. Nominations will only be accepted at the AGM if there are vacancies to fill (a form must still be completed).
The Agenda for the AGM will be posted on the notice board nearer the time.
The AGM will be longer than normal, as due to the Covid-19 Pandemic there are two years of accounts to present.
